The BBQ Shak, a Las Vegas hidden little secret since early 2006-07 has been masterminded by Jerry and Pam, as well as their kid's (Lance & Nick). Oh! Not to mention, 'Max' aka Grandma.

 

When the BBQ Shak first was in the making, we wanted a wholesome, cost effient, and most of all? Tasty resturant! We now provide full belliess under $5.00. From a range of our daily homemade desserts, to our daily homemade rubbed and smoked meats, we keep our local Southern Las Vegans full.

 

Our Technology

We have made our resturant up to speed with the latest technologies that are available from not only the Resturant stand point, but the sophisticated I.T. industry. We're not your adverage Mom-N'-Pop family resturant when it comes to behind the counter, let alone from the moment you walk-in.

Many of our friends, close family, and customers ask, why Las Vegas? When our family made the transition to Las Vegas, the only BBQ's around weren't anything special nor anything to be proud to say you've eaten or could have even eaten.

 

Las Vegas has been a fun and truly exciting place not only for our family to have relocated to, but has been now known more for its Dinning experiences than its Gambling.
